Hi i can develop the plugin in wordpress to postpone a Post and notify a new one via mail so that a new post should be visible for some roles after a configured hours of time, when a new post is created an email should be sent immediately to some roles and after some hours to the other roles Administrator page will be able to configure the hours after a new post should be visible and the list of roles which has no rights to read a new post and they will receive an email of a new post after the configured hours.
