What I am proposing to create is a design also tailored for women visitors, also clean and simple, but the difference will be it will be more modern and will be responsive, meaning it will display accordingly on tablets and smartphones. You mentioned flash, this is not recommended for modern sites as tablets and smartphones can't open this without a plugin. What I recommend is creating an image slider, so the site have some added flair to it. That would need high resolution images that is related to your site. I'm assuming you can easily provide that. I would also create this using a CMS so a staff can login and easily manage the content, such as texts, photos and if any, videos. Oh, I noticed one error on your site.
