Introduction:

Incident response Center (IRC) is a ticketing system which will be used to mitigate/solve the incidents created in the ctm360 portal

Objectives:

The objective of the system is to record all the checks/evidence/communication performed on the tickets/incidents with the vendors and send each status change information to ctm360 portal (Main App)

Authentication:

We required a very customized Authentication system which will explain later

MAIN MODULES:

1) Host (Vendors/Partner Information )

2) Contacts (Contact Information of host)

3) Forms (Forms of host)

4) Policies (Policy of host)

5) Email Templates

6) Document Repository (Store documents of clients)

7) Tickets

8) Communication (Send/Receive Mails)

9) Dashboard

10) Chat (basic text chat among users)

Platforms:

Primary Web Application

All the functionalities should be implemented through Restful Web services /API(web, android & IOS should use the same

Native Android App with optimized Tablet view (Only selected functionalities)

Native iOS App with optimized Tablet view (Only Selected functionalities)
