I need a very simple Wordpress theme developed from scratch. The model I need is actually so simple that I cannot find it amongst the free themes available - that's where you come in. Please find attached a hand-drawn image showing how I would like it to look. Some notes to explain: - The main purpose of the website will be to display articles which will be written for it, BUT this is NOT meant to look like a blog. I just need to be able to write the articles, each on a separate page, that's all - no comments. There will also be two other pages for some static information (Philosophy and Interact) - The second row is a submenu which should appear when 'Articles' is clicked on, and should list a selection of pages for the user to click through to where various categories of articles will be posted. -The font should be very minimalist and clean - I would be delighted if you can use Computer Modern (the default in LaTeX). It should be an elegant red or black for the menu items and just plain black for the rest of the text, with an otherwise completely white background. -It must retain this appearance in a mobile setting, which should not be difficult due to the simplicity of the layout. -I must be able to include a simple mailing list widget and payment widget later. -I will only hire someone with proven previous experience, and ideally examples of previous work along the lines above. -Please ask if you have any questions!
