Design of web site

Our start up is going to launch innovative product in the food industry, but first we need to create a web-site, which will show people who we are, and what is the product. We want our web site to consist mostly from the animtaion, the design should be interesting for people to explore, it should be catchy and original. The budget is not that big tho, 300$.
