You need someone able to clearly illustrate different breeds of dogs wearing clothing items you've designed, from more than one angle. I'm trained in both illustration and fashion design, as well as portraiture. I can provide this is a sketch style or "flat art" style or both. I assume you have the dog apparel developed already and simply require marketing concepts. Once we'd discussed the job, I'd ask for any photographic reference you might have assembled as well as a list of breeds, get a time turnaround for drafts and take it from there.
