Design of a large wall of movie quotes

I am opening a bar and want to design a graphic to be placed on a large wall. The wall is 20 ft. x 7.5 ft. and I want to cover it with movie quotes. I would like the movie quotes to be different sizes, fonts and colors. A mosaic of quotes.
I will provide close to 100 movie quotes and need someone to arrange them in a visually pleasing way. The smallest font should be able to be read from at least 10 ft. away once placed on the wall. Remember, this image will be blown up to cover a wall of 20 ft. x 7.5 ft.
I am considering printing the final image some material with an adhesive back, like a large sticker and sticking it to the wall. If you can recommend a better way to display the finished product, I am open to suggestions.
