Design a Website Mockup For Real Estate Listing Site ala Zillow & Trulia

Hello creative, fast & diligent Graphic Designers!! Need a special one who loves Web Design and HTML (can be a team of course) First - You MUST know the Real Estate listing space....... Zillow, Trulia etc. We love their uber simple content with intelligent content and design hierarchy, fluid UI, robust interaction tools and simple clean admin for listing management and admin control of users, data and reporting. You understand the parlance of Real Estate and value of cool instantly intuitive landing pages, search screens, results sets: multi line, gallery and main profile with search strings, multiple filtering, registrations by user type, search saves & favorites with alerts, side by sides, PDF files access, listing data input and management, listing broker to buyer email interaction, subscription services for access & ad placement services with payment gateways, maps, plug ins for street view, demographics, etc. etc. And simple friendly internal admin to manage all of the above! Goal - - slick incredibly simple and intuitive data rich design that is: flat, minimal, with splash photos some bluring, circles and wire frame icons. You MUST be in Southern CA - we are a bit old school with a methodology that includes meetings :) You MUST be "available" - not involved in so many projects that we hear in week 3 - oh I'm sorry but I have a major project so bla bla bla (please no) You MUST send a few examples that show your design talents are the perfect fit for this Real Estate design project.
