Design a Website Mockup

I would like to create a charity donation website that makes donations quick, easy, and keeps people informed. I picture the website having a twitter like style. I would like the main page to be small frames, (Title, picture, and quick synopsis), in 2 rows and 4 columns, simple and elegant. These frames would all be populated with current events that people could donate to. (I.E. Paris, or recent earthquake victims.) I would like the frames to update with the most current events constantly, like twitter and trending topics. I would like the main page to be simple and elegant, at the bottom of each frame i would like a place you could type in the dollar amount you would like to donate and a button right next to it to submit. Quick and Easy. I would like it to have a social media feel, that way it would seamlessly mesh with sites like facebook and twitter to allow people to donate easily with the press of one button. Im not sure the best way to go about this but I assume a quick signup with minimum information asked for and an easy way to submit payments to be saved. Please let me know if this makes sense!
