Design a Website Mockup

I'm looking for a responsive web site design. The theme is the MMORPG game - ArcheAge. The website will be about selling gold for the game, so the website should be build around that idea. The design should clearly show that it is about the game and about selling gold for the game. Previous experience with designing website for games is a big plus. The design should be responsive for all common resolutions for phones, tablets, pc, etc and should delivered sliced in pure html (no additional frameworks should be used like bootstrap) - just pure html, css and images should be delivered. The sliced design should include the home page and one inner page. The inner page should contain a form with all possible form elements (button, option, select, checkbox, input box, etc.) and should also include a list like a table that could be used for the project. The inner page should also contain a box for text (to be used for pages like about us or general text pages). It should also include a message box that can be used on the pages, such as a thank you for your order message. No integration needed of the design. Once you are ready you need to deliver a layered PSD file and the sliced responsive design itself.
