Design a Logo, header and provide a picture that pulls them together.

I have a current landing page that you can see at [login to view URL] I am working on a new landing page for MedicareExchange.com. This is a site for seniors needing help with Medicare Advice and are seeking help from their HR department (employer) to get Medicare Advice. IE, the landing page picture should represent an older worker sitting with their HR person, maybe looking at a computer or having a conversation about Medicare. I need a logo that is 600 pixel and provided in regular formats to include .eps file. I need a header that goes well with the coloring of the background picture and logo (header to be 1366 pixel width) I need a background picture that represents employee's sitting with HR (at work) and getting help. See description above. I will handle wording on landing page. See current page for example: [login to view URL] The pictures and new logo should represent Medicare and an Exchange. An Exchange is a online site that people can visit to get help with Medical Plans, Quotes, Information, Advice. This site will be for Medicare recipients who are generally older clients. The marketing will be based around HR (Human Resource) officers sending employee's to [login to view URL] to seek advice for their Medicare questions. During your presentation, you can use the current layout at: [login to view URL] But with your new logo, header and background picture.
