Design a Flyer - UBT July Monthly Flyer

UBT Monthly Flyer Overview At the beginning of each month, we send out a small 4pp A4 flyer to our contact base. This usually contains product updates and any specials or promotions that we may be offering at the time. We think of it as similar to a flyer you may get from a supermarket advertising their weekly specials. We usually include around 6-8 products spread over the 4 pages. In this July issue, we would like to include the following products (please work with this layout): Page 1: Music on Hold and Onefuel Update (pg. 1 is primarily the intro but there is room at the bottom for two small articles. I suggest the background image for pg. 1 is a large image similar to one of the images from the Music on Hold page.) Page 2: Online Coaching – Reach Your Peak Page 3: Online Coaching – Reach Your Peak Page 4: Creditor Watch and Microsoft Software An overview of each product is included below: -- Microsoft Software: This refers to products such as Microsoft Professional and Microsoft Home & Business. We have sold these products in the past, but no longer supply them. Thus, this section of the flyer acts as an update to our client base to inform them that we no longer supply the products. Text and graphics for flyer are in folder attached. -- OneFuel UBT provides our customers with fuel cards for major fuel providers around Australia. Over time, some cards become obsolete and are no longer used by customers. We need to inform them in a short article on the flyer that we are cancelling some cards. See the word doc with text and the folder for images. -- Creditor Watch: CreditorWatch is a credit reporting bureau that monitors various indicators of credit-worthiness of your user-specified customer watch list, and advises changes daily. We endorse this company with our clients and encourage our clients to deal with them. They can purchase a player on a subscription, then download free music tracks that provide quality music while their callers are on hold. Text and graphics for flyer are in folder. It would be good if it looked similar to the Monthly Flyer article. -- Online Coaching - Reach Your Peak Online Coaching is a series of training webinars we release to our customers on a weekly basis. Customer sign up on a subscription to Online Coaching and receive the webinars via a calendar invite each Wednesday. This month’s article will be raising awareness around Reach Your Peak and make customers who aren’t on Online Coaching feel as if they are missing out. Text and graphics for flyer are in folder. This explains how to display the page. This section will cover the whole center spread of the flyer. OTHER INFORMATION THAT YOU WILL NEED: Also included in the folders is images of previous versions. Obviously we want this publication to look similar but allowing for modifications for the particular products and if you think you can improve on the look and feel, we would be glad to see what you can do. I have also packaged up one of the flyers in In-design to help you. Take note of the word docs in each folder, these give assistance on how to display each page.
