Design a Flyer

Please refer to this Google Doc for the very specific instructions on what should be contained on each side of the page including content, design considerations, etc. (also attached as Conference Sell Sheet): [login to view URL] **More general information on the project: We have developed the content for a one page sell sheet to be distributed at conferences advertising our blog writing services. We're envisioning a one pager (front and back 8.5x11) to print ourselves and distribute but need some design expertise on the project. We have all the graphic elements we'd want to incorporate, we are just looking for someone to lay it out and make sure it's impeccable, aesthetically pleasing, all the information is easily digestible, and in line with all our style standards. For us, keep the design simple, clean, and clear. Please see attached for our style guide, art files, fonts, logos, social media icons, etc. and DO NOT deviate from the colors/fonts outlined within the style guide.
