Design an Email Signature template for our business and make it work

We need: (1) an email template for our business that all employees can just copy paste and change to their details. It needs to work across all emails (gmail, outlook, outlook mac) without the formatting, images and links getting messed up. (2) an email footer that we can push to all email users through google apps (the footer advertises an Award we won recently, and contains legal disclaimer in small text) This is NOT just a design project - you need to help me make the email signature and footers function correctly, I do not have the tech skills to do it myself. It needs to be professionally designed to match our brand and contain all the information in the attached document (please do not just copy the design I did - it needs to look more professional and well-laid one than this).
