Design 2 Banners for my website

I need 2 banners for my website ([login to view URL]). The banners will be at the top of the home page as part of the main slider.
About the website:
I added several products on the website. A Consumer can chose a product and set a price. I send an email to the vendors who are selling this product and i inform them about the offer of the consumer. Once a vendor accepts the offer, I inform the consumer that the offer has been accepted and I ask the consumer to proceed to pay for the product.
This business model is not very common. For this reason, it is important that the banners should help the users (especially the consumers) understand the concept.
At the moment, the marketplace is selling only electrical devices (please check the categories of products at: [login to view URL])
All the users (Vendors and Consumers) are located in UK only.
I want a psd and an optimized jpg/png/gif file.
At the moment, I don't have a designer and I would like to have a long-term relation with the designer that I will cooperate. Have in mind that I have limited budget and for this project I don't intend to accept an offer more than 50 dollars. You will need to have portfolio and good rating.
