Design a Banner and Slider Images

Need someone with proven graphics skill to design custom graphic elements for main page of website including but not limited to : changing layout / colors, graphic illustration, logo, icons, page banner or headers. The ideal candidate will provide Design and or layout enhancement for main page of websites that use templates. We need someone available for frequent small micro tasks involving landing page design ideas ranging from headers for websites to header design. We are a fast growing group with frequent opportunities daily/weekly, please bid as such considering you will be outsourced work for firm. Please post design layout design samples and your charges for each additional skill you provide. IE - Produce Page Design Layout with examples or similar ideas given by us - $20 IE - Design original own concepts after being briefed - $40 IE - Produce custom original graphics for sliders/home pages - $20 Ideally we are looking for someone online frequently who can take on daily/weekly graphic tasks to bring websites, landing pages or sub-pages to life. If you are willing to provide a mock-up as a test in consideration for long-term reliable work please let us know. We have attached an image as a demo test. If you wish to provide a mockup prior to hiring in consideration for long-term reliable work. Please see the image attached, the requirement is that you must produce a very similar image but 100% original idea and ideally your own images. If we like what you show you will be paid your bid to complete it and will hire you for on-going work. Many freelancers have portfolios here but many are not original images.
