Design an App Mockup

The project is to find an experienced UI and UX designer, who is as good with graphics design as they are with understanding user experience.
The App is a companion application to go along with a wearable technology. The wearable technology is for serious athletes and sports people; to give information about their sporting performance, training effect on the body, risk of injury, performance, track their loading, predict their risk of injury, and help them get better.
From a brand design perspective, this app is for a serious product, so not meant to be a "fun" design. Rather, a serious design (think Under Armour) and scientific, yet visually very appealing, modern and simple.
App will primarily be on iOS and also Windows10, as they both have similar design language; for tablet and mobile.
App page is about 7-9 pages, depending on design.
