Design Animated Characters/Theme for Website

Animated Character Design for Web Page. Coder Must have Animation Experience and Programming Experience. Here's the project. I have a web page.. and users can select a Theme for their Home Page. So.. Here's an Example: A user selects : Combat Fight Theme(Or whatever we decide to call it). This theme is then loaded and every time the user visits my website and they login.. This this will be loaded because they selected it. Basically.. Kind of like selecting your own Skin or theme in windows.. except this is for my website. This theme will be Animated Characters that would have the capability to freely move through the web page without distorting the contents of the web page. Kind of like animated Sprites? Or.. I've read about Windowless Animated Characters which can move freely around the screen or within the webpage. The Theme would be.. Animated Combat Characters(military guys would be an example).. Running around the screen fighting each other.. Shooting Each Other.. and Blowing Each Other Up. This needs to be Creative.. Designed so that it loads Quickly within the page.. and doesnt upset performance of the website either.
