Design an Advertisement

I would like to make my video in this infographic video style: [login to view URL] I will have three animations to make . See details/info for each in attached file. This is just a info/data. I am not a designer and I expect you to take this information and turn into something interesting visually. Like example link above. I am assuming you will have some creative /designer skills as well. Please let me know what software will be using and what info do you need from me to begin work. Also, what is your development process, do you start animation right away? I will consider candidates with detailed /specific response (not general reply) that will show that you read all above and saw the file. Past examples are MUST show or I will ignore your application. I may ask for references. I need to know your estimate and time frame when you can finish all three (assuming there is sketching/design , review and production in the process.
