I have a micro business (a 3 room hostel), and I would like to implement a very simple user friendly tool so I can communicate with my transport providers.
PROBLEM: The thing is that both me and my clients spend too much time (and money) contacting my suppliers asking for their availability and service cost. So I thought to myself "there must me an easier way!" And it seems that there is!
SOLUTION: Some days ago I saw an American program where transport providers would bid for different services presented by potential clients. And that was it!
HOW: So, basically, what I am looking for is an auction like engine, where I (or my clients) can fill a form, upload it to a platform for bidding, which would trigger an automatic email/sms to the registered providers that would then bid until the end of the auction. After the end, the service would be confirmed to the provider by email, which would confirm the acceptance of the service by clicking a button embedded on the confirmation email.
TECHNICALITIES: The form would have the following questions: Pick up place (name and address); Pick up date and time; Drop off place (name and address); Number of passengers; type and quantity of luggage; Special needs. Please check attachment for an example on Google forms.
My budget is extremely limited, but I will naturally be interested in evaluating fair proposals, both for you as a hardworking coder, and for me as hardworking businessman.
