hey everyone

i have a website "programmed by PHP" for a hotel and i want to program reservation and announcement function on it..

Reservation: such as in [login to view URL] you put the date "from - to" and how many persons and the required room then the system searches and gives you the result and you book the reservation.

Announcement: it allows the admin send a message to all the members and let the members reply to the message "only admin to members".

i have the analysis diagrams for it to make the functions clear for the programmer
