Create website with job board based on current website

I currently have a website that I've created based on WordPress theme Jobify. All the changes made to the original WordPress theme have been made by me. [login to view URL] The website looks perfectly like I want but it's messy code needs to be cleaned up and certain aspects of the website functionality need to be changed. I don't care on which platform the new website is developed but it needs to be flexible and easy to use. In other words it needs to be dummy proof for me to change content and change pictures. This can be again WordPress, it doesn't matter but I want a clear and easy to use content management system. Currently the jobboard section is base on the WordPress plugin WP Job Board Manager. But I don't like this as it doesn't cover my needs and isn't flexible. The new job board needs to be simpel. A vacature needs to be put in via a webpage and it must also be possible to place a vacature via the backend. I have 3 website as an example of how I want it. Once the vacature is live I need to be able to check how many times the vacature has been viewed, how many times someone applied etc. On the candidate side it needs to be simple to apply for a job. The job application can either be via an already registered account on the site, so a members area needs to be present as well, or the candidate must be able to apply for the job as a guest. Also the candidate must be able to sign-in or apply for a job with Facebook or Linkedin. Once the candidate registered an account than of course emails need to be sent to the candidate to confirm his/her email. When a candidate applied for a job than a confirmation email needs to be sent. A new client section needs to be developed aswel. This is currently not on the website yet. The client section must be a sort of dashboard for my clients. I must be able to upload documents and video's to a selected client. An agenda must integrated so the client can select dates for a meeting. There must be a section for the client to give feedback to me about the client and rate the client. The client must also be able to invite other people to his/her dashboard. But when this is done the video can't be shared with the invited person. This is due to privacy reasons in my country. If you think you can do this job than please let me know why you think you can do it, how you would do it, provide me with your portfolio and how fast you can do it. I need it to be done very very quickly. So the faster you can complete my project the more chance you have of winning.
