We sell decals for baby helmets on blingyourband.com. A lady has asked for an Iron Man design and she sent me the file [login to view URL] for inspiration. I have uploaded A1 and A2 to show typical baby helmets. I want to see if it is feasible to create a set of decals that make a baby helmet look like the Iron Man head. Think of the helmet as a canvas. We need design elements that make the canvas looked like the Iron Man head. We will print the design onto vinyl and then cut around each part of the design elements, and parents apply the decals to the helmet to make a complete design. The elements that would make this design work would include the eyes and some gold trim and the circular bright reactor core. Beyond that I need help with ideas. Maybe a power indicator (like looking at the heads up display) or other elements. Because we print onto flat vinyl, and that is applied to a curved surface, we do a number of smaller elements that are applied together to make an over all design.
