Create a basic Video/Animated presentation

I work for an online payments company and we have recently released a new product that makes mobile payment transactions quicker and more efficient. There is one element of this (3DSecure optimisation) that we would like to highlight in a side-by-side real time transaction video, to show how much quicker it is, once a merchant has integrated with our systems. The video will have a brief introduction slide, followed by the side by side comparison. It is worth noting that we will be able to provide you with most of the assets - existing videos and process, it would be down to you to animate and to make look good. It would also be a benefit if you had a licensed backing track to add to the video. So once again, pretty basic job, but I am here to offer guidance and assistance throughout the process.
