Create 2D Presentation Plans & Individual 2D Floor Plans

In the attached plans i need work done to pages 3-Basement (Carpark/Storage), page 4-ground level (kitchen/lounge/dining) and page 5- level 1 (bedrooms)
The objective is to make those plans look good.
I need those 3 pages to be provided in separate high res A1 jpgs so I can print.
I need them to be presentation plans, to do this you will need to add greenery to the external areas and fully furnish each apartment, remove RL’s and gridlines etc.
Attached is an example on how I want the image to look like but better
Each room will also need to have each room size like the attached.
Once the 3 plans are created I will need individual floor plans created. Totaling 13 plans
So the finished product will be 3 x A1 Presentation plans and 13 x A3 landscape individually floor plans
There will be many changes back and forward to complete this.
