Create Persian Rugs from pictures in Vector format

Hey Freelancers,
I'm looking for a freelancer which can create 25 different designs of persian rugs. I will send you samples of 25 rugs "pictures" which you need to recreate in adobe illustrator or any other vector compatible application. There is no need that the rugs have too look like 100% identical but a good amount of details is required.
1. Work has to be delivered in Vector Fromat
2. Work has to be delivered acurate and on time
3. Please do not bid if you are above my budget
4. Work can't be resold by you
5. Just bid if you have the skills to realize this project, work has to be done pro!
6. No payment in advancve, 50% Milestone payment.
