Create Book Using InDesign & format for print and digital platforms

I am looking for someone who has experience with InDesign to create a fully formatted book for (1) printing at one of the self-publishing sites, and (2) digital formats including (a) Apple iBook; (b) Kindle; and (c) other major digital formats.

I have started the project in InDesign but I have very little experience with it and really need to get this book completed. I'm open to other design programs and templates, but I'm looking for a beautiful, high-end, professional feel. Much of the book should be formatted like a cookbook (although it is not, strictly speaking, a cookbook). I'll provide stock images and text content.
