What I need is to create a very simple website, I can tell every detail via email, but in few words I need a website that the user can post some job of carrying something from one point of the city to another, or one city to another, or even one state to another. So the user post the job and offer some budget, if someone have the means to transport the item or if is it going into that trip he can claim it and the two persons get the contact info of each other. I dont know what platform or lenguaje is better for this project so you can use anything you believe is better for the result. Maybe the front page could look similar to the image attached. Thank you
