Covert Volusion for cell phones & Get Response expert

My fairly new volusion site was done in old format that isn't cell optimized, so need to transfer my current site to a new templet and update a few pages. Also need someone who understands Get Response and can help me have a smoother system when building email list, better op-in and sending campaigns out a few times...then see if i can handle it or i keep using you.
