Looking for a freelancer to convert blueprints to 3D floorplans for 6 apartments. 4 are fairly basic and two are duplex apartments. I want my client to have the question answered "What will my king size bed look like in this bedroom, or my sofa / couch in the living room with a small dining table in the corner. Wonder no more, your floorplan expertise will answer those questions with state of the art designs to leave them speechless.
Looking to add that feel and look of a home with a complete furnished feel and look of the home. Need to take the floorplans to the next level to give a better understanding of the color, texture, and potential space of the home.
Rotation is important to be able to view at different angles, room name and sizes are also important. Looking for both furnished and unfurnished model in high resolution (JPG, PNG, and PDF).
Am open to ideas and suggestions. Looking for the best work at a competitive price.
