Build a website: 22nd century, minimal, futuristic

Web designers, We had a really bad experience with a web designer, and now we are re-looking. The designer should preferably be - Young - Can be considered an undiscovered talent - Efficient in coding with as few lines as possible - Webgl, ajax, bootstrap, and other new cool coding know hows - Be available for further work, updates, etc. The site should be - Minimal - Single page - Feel 22nd century in its navigation; in other words, futuristic, seamless, but still minimal We will be posting pictures of products, such as fragrances, bath & skin products, beauty products, and fashion looks. A contact area listing contact information only will be needed. We want to communicate information about the products in a seamless, minimal, futuristic way. There can be a live search incorporated. The site should be responsive for various devices. The site shouldn’t have a hamburger menu either when in responsive, but instead have a natural flow of up and down when on a mobile phone or tablet. We are in the European time zone, so prefer a coder in the same time zone. We would want to review the site on a server they would provide prior to payment We can provide example(s), but prefer to let the designer give their minimalistic creative suggestions on a 22nd century minimalistic website design.
