I am great with building website's I work mainly with direct code (no cms) or wordpress. I have worked with other such as drupal, concrete5, etc... but they are not quite as easy to build for, nor is there as much SEO work done and plugins available. I no longer have much a portfolio as I have been working the past 3 years only with Fortune 500 companies e.g. DirecT, Comcast, Apple; but am coming back so I can work my own hours. I also do not use Freelancer as much as Upwork where I have tons of completed projects and a perfect rating, non the less I am focusing now here. I expect unless the website is large (8+ pages) to have this done in 1-2 days tops, I work very quick. Usually as far as design unless you have a template picked out, just give me an idea of what you are looking for and I will find something that is equal or better. Better does not always mean you will think it is better but rather your customers/clients e.g. better navigation or layout, quicker load speeds, better SEO for finding you, etc...
