I need to build a PHP online application where I can see create unlimited alerts on any Stock available in the market. I need first to know which online service i should use to access real time data of all us stocks exchange, European and Japanese stock exchanges. I chose Metatrader as a skill but Metatrader can't do that. I need an online service that would allow me to check any Stock price and then base on that create any alert. The application would allow me to add unlimited alerts on each stock and receive custom notifications by by email if price meets the criteria in the alert. The alert would be a basic one, price makes a high than the price added or makes a low than the price entered, custom text to be received by email. I need you to tell me which online service i could use that could have an API so that my alert system can check online prices and determine if the alerts have been triggered or not. Anyone able to build such an alert system?

Provide a clear example of a similar job you have done in the past. In the bid amount , I can provide the website version , android application , ios application with one year support . Proposal: I am available on all days and shall provide 2 work updates per week ( Tuesday and Friday ). I am available on all days to discuss. You can release the payment as per milestones and after the milestone work is complete.
