Build a Website and mobile version for Android I phone platforms

Looking for someone to complete a project. It's a social networking/dating site that we need programmed. Password management: For individual users & backend database that requires a password to log in and add content. Logo Design. We have own the associated domain. Should be compatible on all devices including PC's and Mobile (Both Android and iPhone). (Need desktop as well as mobile version created) Completion of the project MUST include getting it up and running onto a server (AWS or something equal) so that it is ready for public use. You must be able to incorporate a maximum amount of security/encryption for public safety and this must conform with USA standards/requirements. You must be able to integrate payment gateway: Allow users to purchase a upgrade account You must provide all source code, files, design work, logo, etc upon completion of project so that we may keep it for future work. You must agree to not use our design, templates, code, themes, etc or duplicate this work for future projects other than this project in particular. As always, we will NEVER under ANY circumstances pay for ANY project upfront. We WILL be happy to pay milestones or allow Freelancer to pend payment. Thank you for your interest in this project.
