I would like someone to build a custom website for a local business that offers face painting(for parties and other occasions ). I will provide all the needed info to put. However I will also need to have some custom graphic artwork done for the website. And I will give some suggestions for that. In nutshell, it should be a beautiful looking static website with a quote/contact page. Ideally mobile first.
