Build a Website for an IT Security consulting firm

We are looking for a new website to be developed for our IT Security consulting firm. We will need to see a firm plan and quote, as well as previous sites that have been designed. Some sample sites that we have seen that we like the "look and feel" of are [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] The basics are that we want a very simple site that we can update over time on our own (so a CMS of some sort should be used) and we will provide all content for each page initially. We need at a minimum menu options for Products, Services, Company, Blog, Contact, and Support. For the Contact page, we need a clean contact us form, that is secure with Captcha. We also need the ability to have a link to our LinkedIn page and for people to Follow Us. If you "mock up" a site for us, you will have a better chance of getting hired to do the work, since we would like to be able to see a few designs before we choose the final layout. The site needs to be clean, responsive, and needs to make us look much bigger than we really are. Our services are very closely aligned with the RedSpin site, so you could use that to mock up and show us how you would lay out a site. We would pay you via PayPal or via US Check only once the work is done and once we take possession of the website files via FTP.
