Build a Website for Online Health Calculators

I want to build a website which shows all types of health calculators. I have attached an excel sheet which shows the types of calculators that i want and the links of how it should look like and the calculation logic. I would also want a back end admin panel so that i can add new pages , blogs and menu items I have mentioned the max budget and won't go over it. I have no idea on how the calculation logic is done so you need to figure that out with the links given in the excel sheet.
