Job description As a CTO, you need to to align technology with business strategy by integrating the company processes with the appropriate technology. You should have: 1. University degree in the field of computer science is a must. An advanced degree in this is a plus. 2. Minimum 3-year prior experience (preferred). 3. Good interpersonal and leadership skills. 4. Hands-on experience in coding more than one currently popular web based framework. 5. Skills with CSS, XHTML, One or more JavaScript frameworks, and AJAX. 6. Knowledge of web standards. Although, freshers with the confidence to develop a job portal are most welcome. Compensation: 1. Chance to work as a founding team member of a startup. 2. 7- 15% equity.
