Build a Website

I am working on a web site , i need support for create some pages , i already selected the tecnology : is nodejs this is the first page that i need , in the future after the first , will be new activities. The first page is an autocomplete function, with jquery -ui. I need a html5 page that query a backend database in nodejs. At the moment i need 2 types of connection , one to a xls file, that has only 2 colums of data ( i can send the xls file ) and another that connect to a SQL database. So the client server flow data must use html5 in client side and nodejs in the backend , the data for the connection must be loaded like a module in nodejs. I ant to use only Javascript server side if is possible.
