Build a Website

I'm looking for someone to design websites on an going basis. These will be wordpress sites, usually just customizing a theme. I provide the content but there is some custom coding needed for email auto responder opt-ins and custom CSS, so I prefer someone that has knowledge in both areas. These shouldn't be that complicated since we're primarily working off a theme and just customizing it. Some customizations might be color changes when the mouse scrolls over a button, or interactive infographics so when you land on a page certain items or designs appear depending on what you click on.
