Build a Website

I have a website i need built to the following spec. Framework of the specification: Number of Pages - There will be 3 pages; two of which will be static for the most part with minor updates to the homepage here and there. Sections per page - All pages will include a header and footer, see wireframes. For the homepage there will be: 3 sections; search, categories and emergency appeals About us page will have 4 sections; video with our slogan/mission statement, who we are, what we aim to do and what can you do Landing page for project will have 4 sections and the last split in two; details of project, media relating to project, project timeline/goals and twitter updates and a donation link to paypal. Scrolling - Homepage: When user first gets to the homepage they will see nothing more than the header and search bar(see example 1) one scroll will get them to the second section which categories (see example 2) then another will allow them to see the emergency appeals which will last two scrolls until they see the footer. About Us: Will be a mixture of (examples 3 and 4) about Us pages. When clicked on initially user is presented with an immersive image or video relevant to that of us. Then when they scroll one down, they’ll be presented with text either on a white background or a coloured card just ever so slightly overlapping an image which corresponds with that piece of text, then scroll once more and the full image is shown. This to be repeated 3 more times. Until the footer has been reached. Projects Landing Page: When a project is clicked on; first thing the user should see are the project name, image and details regarding progres (see example 5) after a scroll details regarding the project as well as their project plan. Another scroll they’ll get to pictures or videos regarding that project, may be a slideshow of what they’re planning to buy et cetera. Then after another scroll the user will be represented with a project timeline showing the company's goals and will show how much they’ve raised so far. After that project updates this will be a plugin from their twitter or facebook accounts, so the user can keep on track with developments. To the right will be a link to donate to the cause. Last scroll will lead them to the footer.
