By reading the description of the problem, I see two possible solutions: 1) If the compiled dll's are not obfuscated, a code extraction and adaptation could be done in order to make those minor changes. 2) In case the dll's were obfuscated, it would be possible to inherit the classes inside them and override or wrap the code.
