Build a Website

I need a website to send to a university i want to attend. The university doesnt really care about the website but they care about what im gonna put in it so i want to be able to edit whats going to be on the website. My website will be about a video game project. I want to have multiple tabs that will each present an aspect of the game. The first one would be the "accueil" (everything must be written in french, if you have questions about the translation ill answer them) which would show the basic story of the game as well as the logo of the game. The second would be "Les personnages" which would show the characters in the game with a drawing of each of them. The third would be "Gameplay" which would describe how to play the game. And the fourth one would be "À propos de moi" which would be a page about me. I will probably put photos text and a video there. All the website should be in a dark cartoony aspect. I can send you drawings of the game if you want to know the style i want for the tabs. It would be needed for it to be finished by october 25th 2015.
