Build a Website

We require a simple responsive, attractive and user friendly website to be developed - it will act as a wayfinding platform and will be used primarily on a touch screen operating through Firefox(1920x1080). Hosting and domain name already purchased. It will operate via Wordpress CMS and consist of 5 main pages. Home page - Title and logo 4 large icons which open the following 4 main pages. 1. Map A map of the building on the right hand side with a 'You are Here' icon, will require zoom function. There is a list of locations on the left; When selected the map will highlight the way from where the user currently is (you are here) to the new location. Building plans will be provided - may need to recreate the plans in a more user friendly way and animate the path to each location. 2. Events page Will present upcoming event information manually input in the wordpress cms - at a later stage we will need this to pull information from an external website (this is future development and will be commissioned and paid for at a later date). 3. School page 1 - School of social sciences - Staff page (ability to filter by name a-f g-l etc) Includes individual staff profile pages which open in lightbox when selected - Links back to events page 4. School page 2 - School of planning and geography - Staff page b (ability to filter by name a-f g-l etc) Includes individual staff profile page which open in lightbox when selected - Links back to events page Each page will need to have a similar layout, with large links to the other available pages. We will maintain and update sites after completion. The website will need to return to the homepage after a period of inactivity - when no users interact with the site for 2 minutes it will return to the homepage. Eample layout attached - this isn't a final design just an idea of layout, we will want a more modern appearance than this. Please provide 3 examples of recent web sites you have designed in your response. We will not consider freelancers who do not provide examples.
