Build a Website

I have a wordpress site running woocommerce with a theme called "abundance." I need someone to create a website that offers my multi level marketing company a place for our new members to sign up, pay for their monthly recurring fee, This members area entry page should contain the same concept as this page [login to view URL] and this page after they click on 'view membership plans' [login to view URL]

Here is where most of the work for the member is done, each 'salesperson' on their chart can be moved from a 'waiting area' into this area. All of the info for each of these 'salespersons' are a mouseover and just a click away.

I as the owner of the site should be able to see ALL salespersons including myself at the very top. I should be able to take this data and run sales and commission reports. I should be able to automatically pay and receive payment to and from each of these salespeople based on levels that I assign to them and to the sales that they have completed for a period of time.
