We're looking for the right candidate to develop a new job board website. Job Seekers will have free account access to create profiles (including uploading profile videos from mobile devices and ranking of skills levels) and search Employer job listings. Employers will pay a fee to get full account access to perform advanced search on Job Seekers, post jobs, and contact Job Seekers. Contact between Job Seekers and Employers will be through an internal private messaging system. Both Job Seekers and Employers accounts should have restricted access to only what they are allowed to see. Each should have a dashboard: Job Seekers to manage their account profiles, employment profile and history. Employers to manage their account profiles, post jobs, and job seekers list. This is a general overview of the site concept. Details will be discussed after candidate is selected. Selected freelancer will be required to sign an NDA agreement.

Hi, The scope is well within our capabilities. However, a custom solution with the features you are looking to have will cost much more than the budget you propose. Let us know whether you are willing to work with the rough estimate we've posted ($5000 USD). 1. Can any visitor without logging in view the job postings? Or is it for registered seekers only. Will help us to determine the front end stack to use. 2. We recommend cloud / vps hosting and using cloud services like amazon s3 for storing files, mailgun for sending email etc. thank you
