I attached all requirements that page needs , it only needs to be functional those option that page will no be using for publicity or marketing just presentation as skeleton how it will be going to be in that future that page. I need it done in Java and HTML List of requirements for Release 1 of Online Student Learning Center: View Q & A: Student must be able to see previous questions and their answers Submit Q: Student must be able to create a new question to the center, this question will be sent to a universal email, which may have filters to organize requests by course for example Answer Q: Any student can answer a question, but the tutoring center will have a special token that will let the students know that the answer comes from the center (this answer shall appear first also) Search Q: Search existent questions to avoid duplicates, this also brings into question the ability of the tutoring center to mark a question as duplicate of ...... and redirect to the question Reference Page (material log): simply a page to be used as a place holder to hold reference material (e.g., in PDF form) Most Wanted Page/Future Events: this page should show future events (tutorials/seminars) that the center is organizing, as well as a form to ask for a tutorial (e.g., MATLAB). This can serve the center as a metric to know which things the students feel most interest on. The form shall be a selection from possible tutorials, not free type form.
