Build a Website

I want to launch a new website called. I want the website to operate as a comparison website focused on smartwatches and fitness trackers. To develop this website you need knowledge on how to create a comparison software in PHP/MySQL and design it to be light weight and beautiful with responsive HTML and CSS. The website will work by allowing users to select and compare up to 5 smartwatches or fitness trackers, so compare first and purchase after. I need all my products that I will compare to be in a database where I can update it each month and put in new products. I want a developer that can set up a Maintenance option where a basic Google Alert can notify me of new product releases. So when a new product comes out I can simply create a row in MySQL with the appropriate feature list and upload an appropriate image. Not sure what software this capable of that ? I will have to add amazon affiliate to my website where users can purchase the products that being compared. I want the maintance for the website updating to be easy with basic knowledge of mysql or PHPmyAdmin. Google Analytics is tightly integrated with event triggers.
