When you say you want a blog for each user, basically each user is going to be assigned as an author & have their own "mini-site" to post their blog content with control over categories, posts, etc? Or do you want blog entries to be output on the main site? As far as the marketplace, can you be a bit more specific? What kind of functionality is going to be required here? Are users going to be able to sell their own products? Or are the products handled by the admin? I have a few other questions as well.
