Job Brief: We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer to create great web sites. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior user interface design skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs. Responsibilities: 1. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final production 2. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks 3. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, site maps and test cases/scenarios to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas 4. Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders 5. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards Requirements: 1. 3 years of work experience in designing great web applications 2. Proven UI/UX Design experience 3. Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio 4. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and other visual design and wire-framing tools 5. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and Mid /Advance level of JavaScript/Jquery for rapid prototyping.
